Fructose Friendly Potato And Chive Bake

I found this in a coles Magazine, what a relief to find a recipe that didn't need much converting (I have omitted the mustard, use it if you can tolerate it(dijon mustard). Of course if you have lactose Intolerance I would suggest a small serve or taking a Lacteeze tablet first. Ingredients
- 1.5 kg potatoes, peeled, quartered (go for the type of potato that you can tolerate.) shopping list
- 300ml cream shopping list
- 1 cup grated cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chives shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 200c or 180c for fan forced.
- Place potatoes in a large baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour over potatoes and toss to combine.
- Cover with poil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove poil and bake for another 15 minutes, until potatoes are tender and golden.
