How to make it

  • gently saute onions, celery and peppers until tender. Do not brown. Add tomatoes, sauce and herbs and simmer gently about 1 hr Bring large kettle of water to a boil. Wilt spinach in boiling water about 1 to 2 minutes. Drain well and add to sauce. Add Parmesan cheese and serve over freshly cooked Angel hair. You can sprinkle with extra cheese if you like. Serve with a nice green leaf lettuce salad and garlic toast. This is unbelievably delicious.
