How to make it

  • for marinade
  • in a medium bowl combine the vin. and oil and the pesto, set aside
  • Cook tortellini accordingly
  • drain, rinse, and drain again
  • on the skewers, alternately thread the tortellini, cheese cubes, olives
  • and peppers.
  • Brush with the marinade
  • allow to chill 3-4 hours.
  • if transporting, keep cold
