How to make it

  • mash minced meat with a fork
  • add red or green pepper onion and garlic combine well
  • stir in cumin and salt and pepper
  • combine and finally add in beaten egg to bind mixture
  • use some flour to coat hands and roll into 5-6 balls
  • then flatten into burger shaped patties
  • fry for approx 5 mins on each side until crisp and golden
  • serve with some salad or wedge of lemon and some homemade chips cooked in olive oil......kali orexi !!! ( enjoy your meal )
