How to make it

  • Heat oven to 400 then spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Stir in bell pepper, onions and garlic then sauté two minutes over medium heat and add salmon.
  • Beat together eggs, milk and seasoning then pour over vegetables in pan.
  • Cook eggs over medium low heat omelet style until sides are set about 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with cheese then transfer pan to oven 5” from heat.
  • Bake an additional 5 minutes then cut into wedges and serve each slice with 1/4 cup salsa.
