How to make it

  • Bring the water and OJ to a boil and add the spices and quinoa.
  • Reduce heat and cover to simmer for about 15 minutes.
  • Slice the strawberries.
  • Toast the walnuts.
  • Toss in the walnuts and strawberries when the quinoa is cooked.
  • Serve warm.
