Amaretto Pancakes

AMARETTO PANCAKES This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Markie Estate in Sachse, Texas in 1982.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose baking mix shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup Amaretto shopping list
- 1/2 cup almonds sliced shopping list
- Amaretto butter: shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Amaretto shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter softened shopping list
- Amaretto syrup: shopping list
- 1/4 cup Amaretto shopping list
- 1 cup maple syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Beat pancakes ingredients together until smooth then cook on butter lined griddle until done.
- Combine butter and syrup and spread over warm pancakes.
- Combine amaretto and syrup then heat to boiling and cool slightly then pour over pancakes.
