Rosamonds Congealed Salad

I don't like sour cream. But my step-mother didn't tell me there was sour cream in it the first time I ate it, and I loved it! This is my favorite Jell-o dessert!
Ingredients
- 1 3oz pkg orange Jell-O shopping list
- 1 cup hot water shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- ½ cup flaked coconut shopping list
- 1 can mandarin oranges, well drained shopping list
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts shopping list
- ½ cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Pour 1 cup hot water on Jell-o. Stir until dissolved.
- Add sugar. Let cool slightly.
- Add coconut, pineapple and oranges. Stir.
- Add nuts.
- Fold sour cream into mixture.
- Pour into four cup mold and chill until congealed.
