Tuna tostadas

- 2 small cans of tuna packed in water, drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup of frozen mixed vegetable blend thawed. The one I use has carrots, corn, peas, green beans, and lima beans. PLEASE dont use the canned kind, its not as good IMO. shopping list
- handful of rinsed chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1-2 serrano chiles diced with seeds. shopping list
- 1 green onion stalk, diced green part only shopping list
- 1/2 cup of mayonaise shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste. shopping list
- Tostada shells, either homeade or storebought shopping list
- hot sauce--I use la tapatia or valentina. shopping list
How to make it
- in a bowl mix all ingredients. Top on top of tostadas, and drizzle with hot sauce. makes a great lunch
