How to make it

  • -preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease 4 ramekins
  • -melt chocolate on double boiler. when chocolate is melted, stir in butter; keep stirring until butter melts into melted chocolate.
  • -in another bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar. stir in chocolate mixture and then flour.
  • -pour into 4 greased ramekins.
  • -bake for about 10 minutes. when finished baking, you may choose to tip cakes out of ramekins onto little plates or just leave them in the ramekins for serving.
  • -sprinkle powdered sugar on top and garnish with shaved chocolate (optional)
  • -enjoy!
