How to make it

  • Place cornflour in a freezer bag and add chicken wings.Shake bag to coat thoroughly.
  • Heat oil in a Wok [lge] and cook chicken wings until golden on all sides and cooked through.Remove and keep warm.
  • Add all the vegetables,including the chilli to the wok and cook for about 5 mins stirring constantly.Stir in sherry or green ginger wine and the cooked noodles.
  • Serve on a warm platter with cooked chicken wings on the top.
  • Egg Noodles.Cook in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.When cooked put aside in a bowl of water,as this keeps the noodles separate.Drain just before frying.
