How to make it

  • Once rice is cooked, (your choice on how to cook), spread on tray, place in refrigerator (do not cover).
  • Do this the night before.
  • NOW LETS MAKE IT
  • With 1/2 tablespoon of peanut oil, heat in Wok,
  • With half of egg mixture, twirl into Wok, once set, remove and cut into strips, now do the same with the rest of egg mixture and 1/2 tablespoon of peanut oil.
  • Now with the remaining peanut oil and sesame oil, add to Wok with all the remaining ingredients on high till cooked.
  • Serve while hot
