Best Ever Chinese Fried Rice

- 3 cups cooked white long grain rice shopping list
- 3 bacon rashers fried and diced finely shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut oil shopping list
- 1 medium onion sliced shopping list
- 1 carrot sliced into matchsticks shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger shopping list
- 1 bunch spring onions, bulbs sliced fine, leaves coarsley chopped. shopping list
- 1 cup frozen peas shopping list
- 200g Chinese b.b.q pork sliced thinly shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 1 small can of baby corn, drained, chop into rough pieces shopping list
- 1/2 cup of baby shelled prawns shopping list
- 1 small capsicum, remove seeds and slice capsicum thinly - make 1"or about 25mm long. shopping list
How to make it
- Once rice is cooked, (your choice on how to cook), spread on tray, place in refrigerator (do not cover).
- Do this the night before.
- NOW LETS MAKE IT
- With 1/2 tablespoon of peanut oil, heat in Wok,
- With half of egg mixture, twirl into Wok, once set, remove and cut into strips, now do the same with the rest of egg mixture and 1/2 tablespoon of peanut oil.
- Now with the remaining peanut oil and sesame oil, add to Wok with all the remaining ingredients on high till cooked.
- Serve while hot
