How to make it

  • In a saucepan, combine undrained beans, garlic, rosemary and water.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes; drain.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, parsley and pepper flakes (if using).
  • Whisk until combined.
  • Pour beans in bowl and toss to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve and enjoy!
