How to make it

  • 1 Cut tofu into small cubes, blanche quickly and drain.
  • 2 Mix minced beef with hot broad bean paste, thai chili and ginger
  • 3 Heat oil in wok. Brown the minced beef, add stock and tofu, flod gently
  • ... make sure there's enough stock to cover everything.
  • 4. Add soy sauce, sui hing wine, sugar and fermented black bean. low heat
  • till stock reduces.
  • 5. Add corn starch to thicken sauce
  • 6. To finish drizzle sesmae oil and sprinkle green onion and grounded
  • Sichuan peppercorn on top to garnish
  • 7. Ready to serve!!!
