How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400o. Roll out pastry on lightly floured surface. Place Brie in center and fold pastry around it, seeing seams by pressing with fork.
  • Transfer to baking sheet, seam side up. Brush pastry with beaten egg as glaze. Bake 18-20 minutes until pastry is golden. Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Combine butter, honey and garlic in small saucepan and place over low heat to melt butter. Stir occasionally. Pour sauce on plate, sprinkle with walnuts and rosemary, reserving a bit of each for garnish. Place wrapped Brie atop sauce, garnish and serve with apples and sliced French bread. YUM!
