Baked Brie with Honey and Walnuts

- 1 sheet thawed puff pastry dough shopping list
- 1 8-oz wheel brie cheese shopping list
- 1 beaten egg shopping list
- 3 Tbsp honey shopping list
- ¼ c. butter shopping list
- 1.5 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts shopping list
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400o. Roll out pastry on lightly floured surface. Place Brie in center and fold pastry around it, seeing seams by pressing with fork.
- Transfer to baking sheet, seam side up. Brush pastry with beaten egg as glaze. Bake 18-20 minutes until pastry is golden. Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
- Combine butter, honey and garlic in small saucepan and place over low heat to melt butter. Stir occasionally. Pour sauce on plate, sprinkle with walnuts and rosemary, reserving a bit of each for garnish. Place wrapped Brie atop sauce, garnish and serve with apples and sliced French bread. YUM!
