How to make it

  • Place steak in large ziploc bag, add fajita seasoning, garlic, soy sauce and ginger.
  • Seal bag, squeezing out air and massage bag until ingredients are combined and meat coated.
  • Marinate one hour, turning bag over halfway through.
  • Heat grill or grill pan until very hot. Grill steak 3 minutes on each side.
  • Let meat rest about 5 minutes and slice thinly.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp oil over high heat and stir fry meat in batches to desired doneness, keep warm. You will likely have to turn the heat down about midway through.
  • Add more oil to pan and sautee vegetables until onions are translucent and carrots are tender.
  • Assemble in tortillas, top with lettuce and salsa.
