How to make it

  • Heat milk with sugar, stirring till the sugar dissolves. Transfer into a bowl. Add saffron and mix till it dissolves.Add green cardamom powder to the milk and mix. Set aside to cool to room temperature. Add rose syrup and mix. Chill in the refrigerator till required. Pour into individual glasses. Crush a malai burfi and sprinkle over the top of the milk in each glass. Garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve chilled.
