How to make it

  • Blend kokum syrup, roasted cumin powder, black salt, sugar and crushed ice in a blender until slushy.Pour into stemmed glasses and serve decorated with a sprinkling of pomegranate kernels.
  • note:-Dear kokum means Garcinia indica fruit & its syrup is made like dis:- Take the liquid and water in the proportion of 1 : 7 and serve. Nothing needs to be added. Soda water or Butter milk are also good substitutes for water.
