Cucumber and Onion Salad

I love this salad in the summer! So refreshing.
Ingredients
- 2 - 3 cucumbers peeled and sliced shopping list
- 2 sweet onions sliced shopping list
- oil shopping list
- vinegar shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Take a salad bowl and line the bottom with cucumber slices
- Next add the onion slices
- Keep layering the bowl until it is full.
- Salt and pepper
- Take oil and vinegar with a whisk and mix together
- Add the oil and vinegar to the salad and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is preferable).
