- 500g mince shopping list
- 2 tablespoons garlic (minced chopped whatever) shopping list
- 2 medium onions shopping list
- 1 can chopped tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons oil shopping list
- dash of red wine shopping list
- 1/4 cup of tomato sauce shopping list
- grated cheese shopping list
- 500g penne pasta shopping list
How to make it
- in a pan heat oil. dice onion and cook til clear add a splash of red wine to colour the onions.
- add brown sugar to pan and let it simmer and do its thing for about 4 mintues.
- take off heat and put onions in a bowl. also start pasta
- heat pan again and cook mince draining the fat if it pleases, after meat is browned add garlic and onions and stir. add can of tomatoes.
- simmer for 15 minutes while pasta cooks. then add tomato sauce and pasta mix together and serve with grated cheese on too.
