How to make it

  • Wash your mussels and pick out the dead ones
  • In a huge pot or a couple smaller ones pour your beer and water and galic and salt
  • bing to a boil then add your mussels
  • let them seam for 25 min
  • Cool for 5 then serve
  • you can eat them like taht or drunk into a galice butter or plain butter
