Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. of ground beef
  • 2 c. of fresh corn kernels
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 4 c. of water
  • 1 1/3 (6 oz.) cans of tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • 1 tsp. of ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. of ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil

Directions
  1. Take a large pot over medium falme and add in the water, tomato paste, salt, pepper, cayenne, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and the corn.
  2. Let this come to abboil then reduce to low for approx. 35 min.
  3. Now in a big pan, saute onion and garlic approx. 3-5 min.
  4. In the same pan, cook up the beef approx. 10 min.
  5. When beef is done, add to soup and cook approx. 10 more min.
