Strawberry Lemon Delights Recipe

How to make it

  • Cream butter with sugar. Mix with an electric mixer. For denser cupcakes mix by hand.
  • Add eggs, milk, and baking soda. Mix well.
  • Add flour, stirring between each cup. Mix until smooth.
  • Add syrup. Stir until well mixed in.
  • Line cupcake baking pan with paper cupcake holders and spoon dough.
  • Bake at 365 for 18 minutes.
  • Let cool and frost with lemon frosting (note-if you do not use lemon frosting they cannot take the name Strawberry Lemon Delights!)
