How to make it

  • On low heat, melt butter in pan.
  • Add garlic and cook for 3 minutes
  • Add flour, seasoning and stir in well.
  • Add milk slowly continuing to stir and thickens to a creamy sauce.
  • Remove pan from heat, add parsley and stir in.
  • Pour over your cooked fish.
  • I like steamed veges with this meal.
