Creamy Chicken Enchaladas

- 4 C Cooked Cubed chicken shopping list
- 2 C sour cream shopping list
- 1 (7oz) can green chilis shopping list
- 3 (10oz) cans of cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 3 cups Grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3/4 C Chopped green onion shopping list
- flour tortillas shopping list
How to make it
- Mix Sour Cream, Chilis & Soup in Large Bowl
- Mix in 2 C of Cheese & Onions- add chicken and mix well-
- Leaving about 2-3 cups aside to pour on top
- Spoon into tortillas and roll- place into 13'-9"-2" Baking Dish ( I usually need to put into a second square baking dish also) seamside down.
- Pour remaining mixture on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese
- Bake 20-30 minutes im 350 degree oven
- **I serve with Spanich Rice and Refried Beans**
