Try this great oatmeal dish!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup minced celery
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. First take a pan, bring milk to a boil.
  2. Next add in celery and salt, let this boil approx. 1 minute.
  3. Next stir in oats, cooking on low for at least 5 minutes, or until thick.
  4. Serve hot.
