How to make it

  • In a bowl combine flour, sugar, bakign powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk and butter. Stir in fry ingredients just until moist. Fold in the chips and nuts. Fill paperlined muffins cups 2/3rds full. Bake at 400 for 15-18 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt chips with cream. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over warm muffins
