How to make it

  • Bring water to boil and add broccoli and cauliflower. cook for about 3 minutes. Remove vegetables, but keep the water for boiling the pasta. Chill the vegetables.
  • In a mixing bowl, add mayo and whisk in lemon juice, vinegar and mustard. Add herbs then slowly whisk in the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Reheat water and cook pasta to an al dente state. Drain pasta.
  • Combine chilled vegetables, pasta and tuna in a large bowl, pour the dressing over and mix well. Serve immediately.
