How to make it
- Enough blsl chicken breast for your occasion.
- Pound the chicken breast so it is all the same thickness.
- Soak chicken breasts in clam juice until desired flavor is reached. Usually overnight or until desired flavor is reached.
- Remove from clam juice and season however you want.
