How to make it

  • Rub turkey skin with butter.
  • Sprinkle with chili powder & oregano.(set aside)
  • Saute onions celery & garlic in butter until soft & transparent
  • Stir in bread crumbs, olives, broth, half & half, parsley,
  • chili powder, & black pepper
  • Make a mound of the stuffingin the baking dish.
  • Place the turkey breast on top
  • Bake @ 375 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs. or until; clear juices runs from
  • the breast when pricked with fork
  • Tips:
  • When roasting poultry, leave skin on for natural basting.
  • Remove the skin afterwards if you are on a low fat diet.
  • No extra salt is added to stuffing. Salt is in the butter, olives
  • & bread
