Mango Tango Black Bean Salsa

- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 can (15 ounces) mango slices, drained, cut into 3/4-inch cubes shopping list
- 1 can (7 ounces) corn with peppers, drained shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
How to make it
- Combine beans, mango, corn, onion and cilantro in a medium bowl. Stir in lime juice, garlic powder and cumin. Serve.
