  • roast tomatoes and cut them and also cut some onions. First of all fry onions and add garlic and ginger paste.add green chillies and roasted peanuts.add all the spices like salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. cook for 5 min and add coriander leaves.roast sesame seed and grind it. Now add it on the gravy. let it cool for 2-3 min and put all those gravy in a blender and blend it and at last add 1 spoon lemon juice and serve it with momos.
