  • ZEST AND JUICE THE TANGERINES
  • SMASH GARLIC
  • CHOP ONION INTO HALF MOONS
  • SEASON CHICKEN WITH GREEK SEASONING AND A LITTLE OF THE TANGERINE JUICE
  • PUT OLIVE OIL INTO A SAUTE PAN ADD IN ONIONS AND COOK UNTIL SOFT THEN ADD GARLIC COOK WELL AND REMOVE
  • ADD CHICKEN TO THE PAN AND COOK THOROUGHLY
  • DEGLAZE PAN WITH TANGERINE JUICE AND WINE REDUCE BY HALF
  • ADD BUTTER DUCK SAUCE AND ZEST SIMMER UNTIL THE OILS FROM THE ZEST ARE RELEASED
  • ADD CHICKEN AND ONION AND GARLIC INTO PAN WITH SAUCE
