Easy shotcake dessert using brownie mix as a base. Delicious
Ingredients
- 1 pkg(19.5 oz) brownie mix shopping list
- 1 container (16 oz) sour cream dicvided shopping list
- 1 c thawed Cool Whip shopping list
- 1 Tbs powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 3 c cut-up mixed strawberries and peeled kiwi fruit shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare be]rownie mix as directed,stir in 1.2 c sour cream. Spoon i nto greased and floured 9' round cake pan.
- Bake 45 mins;cool 10 m. Remove from pan to wire rack;cool completely
- Mix remaining sour cream,whipped topping,sugar,and vanilla.
- Cut brownie horizontally in half. Place bottom half on plate;spread with half of sour cream mixture. cover with top of brownie,remaining sour cream mixture and fruit. Store in refrigerator.
