                    - 2lbs Potatoes shopping list
- 1 medium Parsnip shopping list
- Large Head of Curly KaIe shopping list
- 1 Large Spanish Onion shopping list
- half glass of milk shopping list
- Stick of Butter shopping list
- Salt & Pepper shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Wash and Peel the Potatoes and Parsnip then chop into large chunks and place into a pot of cold water and bring to the boil
- Rip the Kale in to pieces and steam over the potatoes in a colander
- When the Potatoes and Parsnip are soft to the tip of a sharp knife, drain and mash together adding the butter and milk and bring to a fluffy consistency
- Drain the Wilted Kale and place on a chopping block
- Chop in to small pieces
- Dice the Onion finely
- add the Chopped Kale and Diced oinon to the mash and mix together
- Season with Salt and Pepper
- Serve Hot with a knob of butter
- Yum!
