How to make it

  • In a mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese, scallion, honey, and salt.
  • Blend well, machine mixer is perfect
  • Empty cream cheese onto wax or parchment paper and roll into a log or loaf shape.
  • Place in refrigerator until firm.
  • Sprinkle wheat germ onto plate and roll cheese in wheat germ until its lightly coated.
  • Refrigerate again until ready to serve.
  • Serve with your favorite cracker
  • Enjoy!!!
