How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees.Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
  • In a large bowl,combine all dry ingredients.
  • In a seperate bowl,combine honey,brown sugar,oil,water,salt and vanilla.Stir well.
  • Pour over oat mixture,and stir.
  • Spread out on cookie sheet.
  • Bake one hour,stirring every 15 minutes.Remove from oven,cool before serving.Store in an airtight container.
  • You could add almond extract instead of vanilla,or add a tsp. of cinnamon.Once granola is out of oven you can also add dried fruits of your choice.
