How to make it

  • 1.Layout 3 mini shortcake cups on a platter
  • 2. In side of each shortcake put 1-2 TBS. of jelly and a few berries
  • 3.With the remaining 3 shortcake cups, put the cup side down on top of the 3 filled cups.
  • 4. You should now have 3 towers of shortcake, cups sides facing each other.
  • 5. Mix iceing to soften
  • 6. Ice over all of the cakes
  • 7. Each one should now look like miniature cakes
  • 8. Take remaining berries and jelly and top each cake with some of each to garnish.
  • 9.Top each serving with whipped cream(optional)
  • 9. Each cakes is about 2 servings
  • 10. Chill any leftovers
