Vegetable Sausage Tart

- 350g shortcrust pastry sheet at room temperature shopping list
- 3 tbsp oil or more shopping list
- 2 onions chopped shopping list
- 300g French beans shopping list
- 600g smoked sausages-skinned shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 170g mushrooms shopping list
- 250g Beverinas cheese (smoked cheese) shopping list
- 270g mix beans ( you can choose only Turkish beans) shopping list
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds shopping list
- salt shopping list
- peppers shopping list
- 1 tomato sliced shopping list
- extra baking beans to press the pastry sheet shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven
- Unroll the pastry sheets and use it to line your baking pan for tart, loose-bottomed, fluted tart tin
- Line with the baking paper and those extra baking beans
- Transfer to the hot baking sheet and cook for 5 min
- Remove from the oven and take out the paper and beans
- Meanwhile heat the oil in large wok pan over a medium heat
- Add the french beans, onions and stirring occasionally cook for 8 min until they are a bit gold
- Add the sausage, egg, mushrooms, mix beans, peppers, salt and stirring occasionally cook for 5-8 min
- Tip the sausage mixture into the pastry case and bake for 20 min
- Take out and add tomato if u like it, Beverinas cheese, sesame seeds
- Bake for further 5-10 min until the cheese is melting
- Cut into fingers and serve
