How to make it

  • Preheat your oven to 350
  • On a pizza stone (but, really you could use any kind of pan) lay out your pitas and spread sauce almost all the way to the sides (leave "crust")
  • Then sprinkle half a serving of Mozzarella cheese on top, add desired toppings and sprinkle the rest of the cheese
  • Dip a paper towel in Olive Oil and lightly brush your "crust"
  • Bake until the cheese is melted and the "crust" is toasted
