Fabulous Canned Fruit Frappés

- For Peachsicle Frappé: shopping list
- 1 can (15 1/4 ounces) sliced peaches in juice shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar-free lemonade shopping list
- 1 container (6 ounces) low-fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt shopping list
- For Vanilla Pear Frappé: shopping list
- 1 can (15 1/4 ounces) sliced pears in juice shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups pear nectar or unsweetened apple juice shopping list
- 1 container (6 ounces) low-fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt shopping list
- For Tangy Grapefruit Frappé: shopping list
- 1 can (15 1/4 ounces) red grapefruit shopping list
- 2 cups ruby red grapefruit juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lime juice shopping list
How to make it
- Freeze the can of fruit overnight or longer until frozen solid.
- Run the frozen can under hot, running water for 3 to 4 minutes until the edges are thawed. (The contents will move when you shake the can.) Open the can and coarsely cut up the fruit in the can with a small knife; scoop into the blender. Add the remaining ingredients, cover blender and purée.
- Serve in chilled glasses.
