Easy Rosemary Fries

- 4 baking potatoes (about 3 pounds) shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. chopped rosemary shopping list
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 tsp. paprika shopping list
How to make it
- 1) Preheat oven to 450*F. Coat roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cut each baking potato lengthwise into 8 wedges. Place wedges in prepared pan.
- 2) Drizzle potatoes with oil. Sprinkle with salt, rosemary and pepper flakes, tossing well to coat. Spread potatoes for even roasting and sprinkle with paprika.
- 3) Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown, stirring occasionally. Serve with your favorite low fat/no fat dipping sauce.
