How to make it

  • Saute the chopped onion in butter (or olive oil) until translucent.
  • Chop the cabbage into bite size pieces
  • Add the chopped cabbage to the onion and add a pat of butter on top
  • Put a top on it and let steam for about 12 minutes
  • Cook noodles according to package
  • Drain noodles and add to the cabbage/onion mixture
  • Serve immediately with a little salt and pepper
