Chicken Or Tuna Cassarole

- 4 Tsp Olive Oil shopping list
- 1 Lrg onion chopped shopping list
- 1 cup celery cjhopped shopping list
- 3 13 oz cans chicken breast meat or Tuna shopping list
- 2 14.5 cans Peas and Carrots shopping list
- 2 14.5 oz new potatoes shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 7.53 cans country style biscuts ( this puts 20 for 9x13) shopping list
- 1 Tbl Basil shopping list
- 1 Tbl paprika shopping list
- 1 Tbl coriander shopping list
- 1 tsp ground mustard shopping list
- 1 beer or glass red wine shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil on med high heat till shimmering in large skillet or dutch oven
- add onion and celery, cook tender 7-10 minutes
- Add Meat and all spices and heat through
- Add peas and carrots and potatos and both soups heat through
- recuce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400
- Spay 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray, Pour mixture in to pan and arrange biscuts 4 across and 5 down
- put into preheated oven. sit down and drink beer or glass of wine while the cassarole bakes for 15 minutes or till buscuts are golden brown.
- Serve HOT
