How to make it

  • Heat olive oil on med high heat till shimmering in large skillet or dutch oven
  • add onion and celery, cook tender 7-10 minutes
  • Add Meat and all spices and heat through
  • Add peas and carrots and potatos and both soups heat through
  • recuce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Spay 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray, Pour mixture in to pan and arrange biscuts 4 across and 5 down
  • put into preheated oven. sit down and drink beer or glass of wine while the cassarole bakes for 15 minutes or till buscuts are golden brown.
  • Serve HOT
