How to make it

  • Mix chicken seasonings together, roll pieces in it,set aside.

I joined just to leave a review about this recipe. I made this fried chicken last nite for supper. I only fried 5 pieces but wished I had fried up more. The flavor of this chicken was awesome. Only thing was it fried up a bit darker than I usually like. But it was still tasty. I just might fry more today or tomorrow

It's possible the sugar in the seasoned flour is what makes the chicken kinda dark. Is it possible to omit the sugar and the chicken still turns out tasty? Thanx for your response and TFS this wonderful recipe sweetie!!!!!
