How to make it

  • cut asparagus and steam to desired tenderness, I do 3 minutes
  • plunge into ice bath to stop cooking
  • boil potatoes and set aside to cool
  • drain canned artichokes
  • chop parsley and chives
  • crumble blue cheese
  • When potatoes have cooled drain asparagus, cut potatoes in 1/2
  • put all above ingredients into salad bowl
  • prepare salad dressing
  • add desired amount of dressing and pepper to salad and mix well
