How to make it

  • pre heat oven to 350 degrees. in a large mixing bowl ,soften the butter and cream cheese to room temp. and mix together. stir in the jiffy dry mix...do not make the mix by directions!! let corn thaw some then add them to the mix.dump into greased pan and bake until middle firm(or cornbread done usually 25-30 min) Brush top with butter to intensify corn taste.
