Beef-ciabatta Stack With Beet-horseradish Spread

- 1/2 cup canned beets, drained and minced shopping list
- 2 to 4 tablespoons horseradish shopping list
- 8 slices crusty ciabatta bread or 4 crusty rolls shopping list
- 8 ounces lean, sliced beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion shopping list
- 1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained* shopping list
- 2 cups shredded leaf lettuce shopping list

How to make it
- In a small bowl combine beets and horseradish to make spread; blend well. To assemble sandwich, spread beet-horseradish mixture on one side of 4 slices of bread. Arrange beef, onion, mushrooms and lettuce on top. Top with remaining slices of bread.
