Chicken Veggie Casserole

- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cheese soup, undiluted shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces shopping list
- 1 can (about 15 ounces) mixed vegetables shopping list
- 1 can (about 16 ounces) sliced potatoes shopping list
- 2 cups biscuit mix shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400ยบ.
- Bring soup and milk to a boil over medium-high heat in large saucepan, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken, vegetables and potatoes. Pour into 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Combine the biscuit mix, mayonnaise and egg in medium bowl; mix just until crumbly. Sprinkle over chicken mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, 30 minute or until browned and bubbly.
