Grilled Spicy Burger

- 5 pounds ground sirloin, coarsely ground shopping list
- 1 large white onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 5 habenero peppers, deseeded and finely chopped shopping list
- 10 jalapeno peppers, deseeded and finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsp. oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground cumin shopping list
- 4 tbsp. tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 bell peppers, sliced 1/4 inch thick and deseeded shopping list
How to make it
- Mix olive oil into sirloin very well. Add all ingredients except bell pepper rings.
- Allow sirloin to set overnight in refrigerator. Make sirloin into 1/2 pound patties, press patties between saran wrap to 1/4 inch thick. Cook patties on charcoal grill (not a gas grill) until well done.
- Grill bell pepper rings until they brown, or blacken some.
- Serve on toasted kaiser rolls, with bell pepper rings, lettuce, and tomato. You can garnish with salsa if you like.
